Christmas
Craft Fair
Saturday,
December 6, 2008
Accepting
Applications
If you would like to participate in
the St. Theresa Christmas Craft Fair please contact Marlene Freyler at
938-2530.
Eco-Tip of the week: Taking a 5-minute long shower uses a fraction of the water used in a bath. Even a 1 to 2 minute reduction in shower time can save up to 700 gallons of water per person. For a family of four, that is the equivalent of a small swimming pool in savings!

R.C.I.A. –
If you or someone you know is
interested in becoming Catholic or rejoining the Church, we invite you to come
to an RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) inquiry and information
session. Please contact the parish
office or Tom and Jan Riley at 938-5539 to make an appointment. We can meet after one of the Masses in the
parish hall or at your convenience. Come
with questions and/or concerns. All are
welcome.

Pastor's
Notes:
Thank you
for your prayers while I was away. I
needed them! The tornado came within a
1/2 mile of where I was on Merrymeeting Lake in New Durham, NH. The weather wasn't great, but the time off
and rest was needed and appreciated. Lectors,
Eucharistic Ministers and Altar Servers:
The schedule for September, October and November is
being prepared now. Please let the
parish office know if there are dates you are not available. Vocation
Chalice: This week
the Vocation Chalice will be held by Karen and Dave Dufault.
Recently Baptized:
Deacon Winton baptized
Natalie Elizabeth Courser, daughter of Craig and Stacey Courser of
Henniker. Please pray for her as she
continues to grow in God's grace.
Rev. Mr. Chris
Martel will be at St. Theresa Parish August 16 and 17!
Chris Martel was a
seminarian at St. Theresa a few years ago, and many of us have followed him
through his time in the seminary and read the e-mails he sent from the Holy
Land. Chris was ordained as a
Transitional Deacon earlier this year, and August 16th and 17th will be his
first weekend back at St. Theresa as a Transitional Deacon.
